get a grip on your thoughts and try thinking logically.
If minorities ever dressed up and poked fun at the stereotypes of the Irish, Polish, Italian, or German American's, you'd cry yourself to sleep and the idea of "free speech" would remain mum on your breath.
You're right, I've never seen a minority out at the bars on St. Patty's day decked out in all green. Nope, never. Not even my buddy Miles, who's blacker than Ice Cube and had on a red stick-on beard.

Seeing a black person wear green on St. Patty's day is akin to seeing someone white dress up in hip hop clothes and go to a Jay Z concert. Of course no one is offended.
Now if a group of black people dressed like poor irishman and held up signs saying "Irish need not apply" you'd be singing a different tune.
And it brings up this question. How can someone look at that picture and NOT think it's racist?
To note: I don't think it's so racist that it's patently offensive. It is playing off of a long stereotype, and the signs TO take it slightly to the offensive category. However, just because it is a long stereotype doesn't make it any less racist.
