You tell me. It was a female gang member involved in a dispute at the party. Are gang members restricted as to where they are able to go? And how would that restriction be accomplished if it were even able to be accomplished? By profiling?

Exactly, but to a much smaller extent. Blacks are OVER-represented on welfare rolls. Whites are UNDER-represented.

Evanston is a Chicago suburb. Chicago gang violence spills into the suburbs. It is NOT contained only within certain areas of the city.

Chicago's and Illinois's strict gun control laws have NOT worked in preventing gun homicides.

The shooter and victim of the story you cited didn't live in Chicago. How exactly did this violence spill in from Chicago????

Here's another story in the Chicago Tribune, does this mean it occured in Chicago???

Okay, you're right. The gang violence gun homicide problem isn't solely restricted to certain areas within the city of Chicago. It's in the Chicago suburbs, too.

Actually, I blame whoever invited a gang member to the party. I find that not associating with gang members can decrease your chances of getting killed. Gang members do not care about the law. However, the law abiding will.

4 million Blacks on welfare vs. 10 million Whites on welfare.

Because of the way gang members think. Alot of gang members don't care if they go to prison, or if they live or die.
