After you do that, i'm down for cutting cash benefits to Americans. You first.
If we were running things a lot of deals would get done.

Everyone uses every advantage available to get ahead, but expect peers to resent your minority advantage if you fall short or are even equal in talent. Ya betta be betta!

Real world peers are not going to give you a pass for being a crappy minority hire unless you work for the government.

The real world wont give government crappy hires a pass either, luckily for them they usually don't ever have to deal with the real world. Its largely a fraudulent scheme were they are all just working with each other doing busywork to support busywork. Chief rule of the public sector: don't ever let a budget dollar go unused, find a use for it. Second rule: always ask for a larger budget. But I digress.

I don't know who "we" is.

I think you're overestimating the power of "we" (whoever that is).

You're the math guy.
Is 10+% added to your SAT score significant?!

As a woman who benefited from affirmative action decades ago, I think minds can be changed when given a chance to change. I was damn good at my job, a man's job at the time, and my male coworkers supported me after I proved myself and superiors promoted me.

Decades ago was a different environment. Today AA has overstayed it's use.
