Any or all that infringes one's 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms.

Again, automobiles kill more people than do guns, it isn't even a Constitutional Right to have an automobile, yet a background check isn't required to buy/lease one.

Show the text, and we'll take a look. Would it make to read it first before commenting on it?

PRESIDENT OBAMA IS A VIOLATION OF HIS OFFICE.
Then so was every president for the past 100 years, or however long ago 'Operation *******' went into effect.

I just don't understand what's so bad about having to have an id to buy a firearm and undergo a background check.

I would think law abiding gun owners would embrace this.

The way it is now when shootings happen the focus as a whole becomes all about gun control. But look at it this way, if Obama implements a few common sense gun reforms, the next time a shooting happens gun owners can then say well see even with more gun control shootings still happen.

OK, someone provided a summary. Which one is un-constitutional? Funds to help people with mental illness?

Yet, you can't even point out one point that "infringes" on the 2nd Amendment. Not one point.

Obama addressed the beyond tired automobile comparison, if you can bother to actually read or watch what he said.

It's actually the 2nd and 6th Amendment. And Obama's DOJ has violated the 1st Amendment, as well, with her "we'll prosecute anti-Muslim speech" declaration.

So, Lynch is already violating the Constitution and Obama consults her on what he can do Constitutionally on gun control?

It's the blind leading the stupid.

Then you are OK with psychopaths, sociopaths, convicted felons, etc. being able to buy weapons? Do you think that would be good for the well-being of our citizens?

In order to drive a car, one must have a license and training on how to drive a car. No comparison.

As President Obama said, what about our other rights? The right to peaceful assembly (theatre shooting), the right to live one's life (Sandy Hook)?

What about THOSE rights? They are less important than someone's desire to shoot people and having the means to do so?
