I don't know how I'll ever know. I'm a woman and I go in the stall and shut the door. Everyone else in the women's restroom goes in the stall and shuts the door. How am I supposed to know what "equipment" someone is bringing with them?
What does "against their will" mean? If it's in the commission of simply getting dressed, and the transgendered person is just going about their business in a place the are legally allowed to be in, then no, it wouldn't appear to be a crime.
Is it specifically labeled as a unisex facility? If not, like I said, go into ANY police station and ask them what happens when someone exposes their penis to a girl or woman against her will.
So we should ban transgender women from using the restroom, force them to use the men's room, then force transgender men to use the women's room....now that is gonna be awkward having a man use the women's room.

I said I know the families and students involved. I used to live in the Chicago suburbs. I have personal knowledge of this situation. It has negatively impacted people I know and care about. That's why I'm so adamant in trying to prevent it from happening to others.

Look like a man, use the men's room, look like a woman, use the women's room. No one is inspecting genitalia at the door. No sense in freaking women out to have a man who has a vagina using the women's room.
If a woman looks like a woman, how do you know she has a penis? If a man looks like a man, how do you know he has a vagina? You don't.
You are assuming transgender women are exposing themselves to others, that would be a lie.
No, it's not. Trans of both sexes are inappropriately exposing their opposite sex genitalia in designated single sex facilities: the IL school case, and the PA university case.
