People don't want to listen they don't care about what is being pumped into their bodies anymore. If a Dr. says it's good for them or they need it, then why question it? They are taking the easy way out. There is much more information put out by doctors & big pharma how good said medicine is for you.
It's like asking a politician why you should vote for them you know they are going to tell you the truth.
And of course tell you what you want to hear & how ONLY they can decide what's good for you.

And they will never understand that the real reason behind all this is money.

If, God forbid, polio or smallpox were to break out again in this country, people would be tripping over each other to get vaccinated.

Speak for yourself I don't get the flu shot as it is I'll be dammed if I would get another polio or smallpox shot again.

Fear seems to be the main focus of this thread.

Yes, fear of vaccines!

FYI, you will never need another smallpox vaccination, and pretty soon polio will be wiped off the earth too, thanks to people who do vaccinate.

True. Even now they line up for measles vaccine when the reality of a measles outbreak hits their unvaxed community.

The only reason vaccines work is because they use the immune system the same way "natural" infections do. The difference is that "natural" infections make you sick, and vaccines very, very, very rarely have serious side effects.

I'm not up on current rules, but are schoolchildren still required to get smallpox and polio vaccines?
