Looks like it happens all the time with rich white folks not serving time for sexual offenses. In 2009, an incredibly wealthy (1 percenter) man from the duPont family admitted to sexually assaulting/raping is infant sign and 3 yo daughter, but the judge decided to not send him to prison because he "wouldn't fare well." Instead, he is on probation and in a rehab program for sexual offenders (it was said that this deal would be more typically for drug offenders, but I guess we can make an exception for the ultra wealthy):

The system really failed the victim. This is privilege at its finest. The judge basically sentenced him based on his lifestyle.
