You cannot launch a nuclear attack on NK without it directly affecting Beijing, Russia, South Korea, and Japan, and depending on the size of the attack, having the fallout land on the U.S.
That is the absolute last thing anyone in their right mind would suggest.
A pre-emptive Trump strike against N Korea, nuke or not, would be unilateral - with no UN or allies for cover.
Significant civilian casualties would result in world wide condemnation with not good economic and security consequences.

Really? Because MSNBC just conducted a poll and 55% said that they have full confidence in Trump, 35% said no. I dont know where you are getting you 60% from

Oh, to hell with the world! Kim has threatened this country with nuclear holocaust over and over. NK has been working diligently to be able to do just that and may have succeeded. Under anybody's metric that is a legitimate casus belli.
