I think gays should be allowed to have unions, where they have the same rights as heterosexual marriages.
This either needs to be put aside, or dealt with quickly, because I am so sick and tired of hearing about it.
Anti-gay stuff is also in the Talmud, Koran, etc. Even non religious people don't support gay marriage.

Owning guns is explicitly in the Constitution. An amendment should be added to allow marriage regardless of gender, but it isn't right now.

Omg the people of Ca voted.

If you are in the minority of that vote deal with it.

When just when are liberals going to stop trying to force their views on others? The Citizens of the state said NO. What now you want our votes to mean nothing also?

What an extraordinarily poor decision by justices of a Supreme Court of the law. Essentially this ruling sets a precedent that a small amount of people(8%!) can get an proposition on the ballot that abrogates the Equal Protection of a legal minority group.

So is it all right with you if they get married in gay churches?

Really, unless you are related to one of them, why would you be against anybody getting married?

Blacks during the 60s and before were denied rights.
I don't think that is true. I think domestic partnerships have limitations that marriages don't. Something about the way they have to do their taxes, I think.

I think it was something like 52% to 48%. Hardly a "force" so yes, it doesn't mean much.
