Maybe if Durham council cared about impacts of construction but you know you have the giant townhouse development there and 600 at Barbee/54

I saw that. I think they've been holding back water in Jordan Lake so it doesn't flood Fayetteville and communities downstream and I believe the water/swamp around Stagecoach drains into Jordan. Not completely sure on that, but maybe that's it?

When I was driving down to Apex for Thanksgiving I was hoping that the signs and cones were still there by accident so I moved them out of the way (I know, I know). Got down to just past Keenland Manor and yep....it was a lake.

It is often flooded out. Don't be moving cones if they're there, feller. I once saw a handmade sign saying it was flooded out and I ignored it (didn't move it!) and had to turn around. It's a big improvement that they have the cones and signs now.

Saw that one coming from a while away....even before the end-zone brawl.

Peace out Fedora.

What a way to say goodbye to Raycom. Overtime and then a brotherly brawl between two loving friends

RIP Raycom.

Recession has probably begun in U.S. and I suspect houses priced above $240,000 will feel it first here in The Triangle. Thoughts?
