I think personality is the most important thing. As long as the man isn't a freeloader and can support himself and his lifestyle, it isn't a concern of mine. There are plenty of rich, attractive, miserably unhappy people.
American women have become extremely picky they want looks and money both. I have a good personality, and the looks, but not the great paying job. Personality is one of the last things women care about so if you have looks and money both you'll get tons of dates.
Do you actually know any women? I mean know personally, not just observing from afar.
That's easy. Quit brushing your teeth. Don't shave. And wear the same clothes without washing them. Follow those steps and you will achieve your goal.
So ignoring basic hygiene is the only way.
Darn. I like my teeth and plan on keeping the originals as long as possible.
I hate hair on my face.
And well I'd rather not smell my own bad aroma so the apparel must be cleansed.
Could I have excessive flatulence, belching, package adjusting, and nose picking and have the same results?
I guess my point is that I see guys online and off who talk about their attributes that seem like they would be catches for the ladies.
And if they said they could not find the type they wanted it would make more sense.
But it seems like the women they meet are totally turned off for some reason.
Where a simple and plain guy like myself has met a few women who I would consider way out of my "league" , if I subscribed to the concept, interested in me despite their experience, intellience, and cultural depth being considerably more prevalent and practical than mine.
Seems like the whole 'nice guy' syndrome. Where as many of you have already posted some details are being left out.
As fair as choices , mannerisms, conversation, etc.
Then again maybe their demographic has more weight than other factors.
Im 45 never been married. Work at a good Government job in the IT field but I can't get a second date. Now I'm no Brad Pitt but I think women should look past looks and see me for my stability and what I could potentially bring to a relationship.
You sound exactly like someone I used to know. He had a good government job and could never get past the second date. And was never married at the same age. I could see why he never got a second date. He was shaped like a pear and had bad grooming habits. But even that could be over looked. He was always telling me he thought ALL women should be bare foot and pregnant in the kitchen. THAT was the number one reason he will live alone the rest of his life.

It sounds like you don't have an edge or as the younger folks like to say: swagger.
Average looking dudes "get" beautiful and interesting women all day long. But those guys have a high level of self confidence and to be honest really don't care if women call them or not.
You do not have to be Brad Pitt in the looks department. Jay-Z is not the most attractive guy but he has a winner for a wife. He has money and swagger.
So, for a "regular guy" like yourself, it appears that you have a great gig so you just need to ad the confidence. Also............when you get the first don't don't act as if you're looking for something long term. Take it slow and just socialize.
Also, remember this: Some women really have no idea what they want nor do they know what's good for them. You can be the nicest, greatest guy in the world and you'll still get dumped.
