I was walking downtown the other day...a bunch of female office workers looked my way and started whistling and catcalling. I gave them my best boyish grin, flexed a bit and even blushed slightly for their benefit.
Turns out they were looking at the college guys behind me.
...and you wonder why I'm paranoid... |

Heh...you don't know THESE office workers...
Anyway - the same thing happened last month - this time at a construction site - guys were whistling in my direction...
I turned to see the girls behind me...

I never do it.If I am stricken enough I'll try to get a signal from you or maybe.....maybe try a conversation.
I have been with friends where they all did like in the photo on the link,I'll be the guy with them with the look of "whatever".
When my friends go away then I'll try to get noticed by you.Or pick me out of the crowd of them then I'll know something is going on.
There were a couple times ago though that females did it to me,it does boast the ego.....but
