It's not just the fact that she chooses not to perform an OPTIONAL duty..but she is doing it because of an emotional, bigoted response toward heterosexuals.
Like these guys? One of whom had the DUTY to marry people on that schedule rotation.

No it was a response to a law and laws as far as I know have no sexual orientation. Once SSM became legal she went back to performing marriages for everyone. A protest to a law she thought was discriminatory is not an act of bigotry. Again you are making a false accusation against her by calling her a bigot because she declined to perform any marriages while some marriages were not allowed. A false accusation against her based on very faulty logic on your part and the totally ignoring of any pointing out how illogical your conclusion is. Who is the bigot?

Still not response to the fact that there are judges right now refusing to marry anyone because they don't want to marry gays?

I'm sorry, but this isn't about those judges refusing to do all marriages. This is about a bigoted lesbian judge refusing to marry heterosexuals in order to communicate a message. Why must you continue to attempt to hijack the thread?
By skipping the uncomfy ones, they add another layer of obdurateness to their Fundashield Of Determined Ignorance.
