Is it really so hard to open a new tab and do one Google search?

The Dallas Texans stopped playing in 1962. 50 years ago. I think they could have been called the Dallas Hoodrat Gangbang Extravaganza and the Dallas urban community wouldn't be repping them.

If Houston's prominent hip hop community, none of which I've ever heard of and none of which have any national name recognition whatsoever, want to wear antiquated jerseys that's fine. But you're a fool if you think you lost the Oilers because they just randomly wanted to move to Tennessee. It was probably the same reason why the Texans only play in a 70,000 seat venue.
The Geto Boys were one of the earliest pioneers in the history of the music starting back in the mid to late 1980's. They literally put Houston on the map.

Scarface has done songs with just about every major name in Rap. Jay Z & Tupac just to name two.

Eminem ain't prominent at all right, yet in one of his songs says Paul Wall is dope. Eminem RARELY ever gives props to anyone.

Screwed Music love it or hate it was invented in Houston. The slowed down, trippy sounds are what sets Houston apart from other cities & is very fitting for Houston's lax ways.

I will easily give it to Houston when it comes to rap music.

Well, this sad attempt to point out a contradiction could have been prevented with a little thought. Hockey is truly popular in a small fraction of countries across the globe, whereas Houston's international population draws heavily from Latin America and Asia in particular, where hockey is unpopular. Houston being highly diverse and "cultural" (?) isn't an "argument," it's a fact supported by a host of data and demographic studies.

Is that really the best you've got? A group from thirty years ago, someone who has collaborated with a few famous people (a while ago, judging by the Tupac name drop), and a guy who got mentioned by Eminem?

The way you guys talk about your hip hop scene, you'd think you'd have at least one really successful act...

Of course not - see below. But evidently it wasn't hard for you to cherry pick one unrepresentative statistic and not post a link.

Seating capacity - 80,000

Cowboys Stadium Seating Chart, Pictures, Directions, and History - Dallas Cowboys - ESPN

Average attendance in 2011-2012 - 85,000.

2011 NFL Football Attendance - National Football League - ESPN

So by stadium capacity, 9,000 seat difference. By actual attendance #'s, 14,000. And I was even kind enough to share the sources with you.

Nice try though.

So you claim the seating capacity is only 80,000 (temp seats for special games are apparently put in a space-time vortex and don't count), then in the same post you claim the average attendance is 85,000?

You don't see anything wrong with that?

That makes no sense.

Of course, Dallas got their MLS team before Houston did too...
