Hmmm...wonder how Brienne will reach Sansa now that the candle option is out. Will she wait for Stannis?
I don't think so. She's committed to Sansa, as she was committed to her mother. Brienne is a better knight that most of the male characters put together.
Not sure how it will happen, but there have only been a few pure evil characters so far in the series/books. One was Viserys (Dany's older brother) - and, he died a horrible death befitting the pathetic loser he really was. It was not the abused Dany that got back at him, though, it was Drogo who ordered the molten gold poured on his head.
Another was Joffrey, and he went out choking to death at his wedding reception and calling for his mommy as he died, befitting what a horrible little monster he was. It was neither Tyrion nor Sansa who poisoned Joff, though, it was The Queen of Thorns and Littlefinger. Tyrion and Sansa had the most motive to do him in, though.
Ramsay is the third - I expect him to die a gruesome death; but I'm not sure Theon or Sansa will do the deed.
(Walder Frey is pretty evil as well, but he did help the Starks in the beginning...)
I have a hunch that Brienne will do Ramsay in. Either that, or Sansa will, with a knife.
I don't think things are going to go well for Cersei. Loras can confess to what everybody already knows, or he could possibly risk continuing to deny the charges. A squire of a knight would almost certainly see his lord naked as he dressed for battle, so the birthmark isn't that damning. I think if he and Margaery confessed and repented, they would be punished but spared. Cersei, on the other hand, would have to confess to a secret nobody knows, and a bad one at that, which is conspiring to kill her husband and king. I think she's toast.

P.S. I am wondering whether Pa Sparrow has some dirty secret that Littlefinger knows. He told Olenna he had a "gift" for her, and I assume it's some information to help the Tyrells. Cersei's imprisonment, while probably delightful to Olenna, is not going to help Margaery or Loras, so I think he was alluding to something else. Blackmail?
The Mountain could take care of Sparrow and his flock and rescue Cersei.
I believe he has recovered from his wounds. Not that I would like her
being saved from a fate worse than death.
