No, I disagree. The Sparrows v Lannisters in Kings Landing storyline is one of two very small groups of powerful people who are vying for absolute power in different ways, with both manipulating their followers (the "many"), in various ways. And yes, as I'm sure the writers intend, this does reflect current American politics.
I like my fictional religion in the form of pretty fantasy mythology like the one eyed Raven, and "the old gods and the new", and not personalized in the form of a High Sparrow and Nuns (oops, Septas).
But, the Sparrows are not small in number. While the High Sparrow is one person, there are thousands of sparrows in King's Landing alone that are following his message.
I'm glad that Sansa now knows that Arya, Bran, and Rickon are all alive (for now). She went from thinking her whole family was dead to now realizing that's not the case. I hope she meets up with undead Jon and they team up to find Bran and Rickon and restore Winterfell
I was reading a spoiler site from Ireland, that contains rumors from locals' sightings at the show's filming sites, as well as some pictures taken during filming.
Spoiler
So Sophie Turner was sighted (with full Sansa costume) filming at the Wall, during a battle scene. Ramsay was sighted there, as was Jon Snow, both with full battle regalia. So Sansa will make it to the Wall but, under what situation (as a hostage of Ramsay or to lend support to Jon), we don't know yet.
Regarding said battle scene:
Spoiler
The filming crew supposedly nicknamed the battle scene "The Battle of the Bastards", and it took 6 weeks to shoot the scene, so this was probably going to be the big battle scene of this season between Ramsay Bolton and Jon Snow.
Regarding Theon:
Spoiler
The actor was also seen filming as Theon at the 'Iron Islands' location. So he will make it home too.
Do you think the Crows will follow Jon now? Will they be scared or horrified of him?
They will follow him because they are in awe of him.
Keep in mind the title of the overall series: A Song of Ice and Fire. "Winter is coming" ... the Others ... the White Walkers ... they are the Ice. The bad guys. And then you have Daenerys and her dragons, and now Jon Snow raised by the priestess of fire. I think that is a pretty big clue on how this whole thing is going to shake down in the end.

I think a few of the leaders will be purged (Thorne, for one), but the rest may follow Jon Snow.
Loves2read the person brought back was Berric Dondarion, and in the books it is explained that although he had been brought back several times, each time he was less himself, he seemed to be losing his humanity in some sense. There is also another very prominent character (books and show) who was brought back in the books but (at least thusfar) not in the show and that person was vastly different after their raising.
Thanks--
I know I know the other revival you refer to--have read some posts on other sites and my son has read all the books so he tells me how the stories diverge if I have question...
Since that person has been out of the show for couple of seasons I am wondering who actually will have made that happen....seems almost too late to bring into storyline at this point

Also since Jon is both Stark and Targaryen, in a way he is BOTH ice and fire ...
So, what's the deal with Samwell. I enjoyed his character and I hope they do some follow up on him soon.
He's in Oldtown in Maester training.
