Does anyone really think Daenerys will spare any Lannister (one of whom killed her grandfather) or Stark (one of whom led the rebellion against said grandfather)?

The Tyrell's stayed loyal during the Rebellion.

Cersei is prophesied to die by the hands of a "little brother".

Let's see who are "little brothers".
Jaime
Tyrion
Jon
Bran
Rickon
Arya (as a Faceless Man)
Theon
Euron
Loras Tyrell
Kevan Lannister

I pick Tyrion. Then the circle would be complete.........

I think only one Lannister will survive by the show's end, be it Jamie or Cersei, but I think only one.

I think she might spare the Starks, seeing as the Starks still alive had nothing to do with it, and if the rumors are true about Jon Snow, she would ally herself with Jon, and Jon would require the Starks remain protected and wardens of the North.

I think Jamie will kill her. I think one Tommen dies Cersei will lose it and do something absolutely unforgivable and Jamie will stop her, like he had to stop the Mad King.

I also can't wait for the Septa to get who has been torturing and beating Margaery and Cersei. That woman better watch her back because she is gonna get it, either by the Lannister or the Tyrells or both.

It would be cool if one of the dragons snacked on that Septa - she'd make a tasty morsel!

I forgot to mention Tommen as a little brother.

I also think Jaime will kill her, as his final act of atonement.

That's what they're called.

She seems ok with Tyrion. Daenerys isn't incapable of mercy, and I think the Stark kids in general are better for her alive than dead. She needs Jon Snow to take on the White Walkers, though I'm not sure that she even knows about them yet.
