off and on sleep. cooled down to something more tolerable (82°F). Put two ice cubes on my back when I went to bed. Outdoor temps just dropped below 80°f within the last hour. Wunderground.com Forecast predicts a low of 75°F with a warm up to 90°F at noon (similar to most days this week, but cooler than yesterday which was 94°F by noon). By 6 pm, 85°F, 71°F by midnight, so much better than the last few nights and the indoors will cool off.

It was 78 F inside here...but with the AC running it was not humid.

I think that's the big factor for sleeping.

Anyway, the super humid days seem to be over for awhile starting this weekend in the Mid and upper Atlantic States.

Unfortunately these rains usher in a new weather pattern. Cooler and less summer like

Really? Our weather is going to get right back to normal, for which I can't wait. I've had it with 90F plus temps.

Yea, I think everyone is returning to some close to normal summer weather. We were stuck on Deep South weather.
