H. Wayne Huizenga was in a home that had an abusive father for a parent. His situation was not very good in life. After a stint in the Army he ended up finding a truck and started hauling trash. That eventually became Waste Management. He also used the money he made to purchase a small chain of video stores called Blockbuster. He grew that business and merged it into another company he started called Viacom. Something about Wayne is he is a master of getting out of a deal. He had sold all of his holdings in Blockbuster long before the company failed.
Jim Carrey was a kid that had to work an 8 hour day while attending school just so he could help his family have the money to live in a camper. All of them that could worked for little of nothing. He ended up dropping out of school and was able to get a side job doing stand up. It did very well for him.
This list can go on and on about people that did what they needed to do to get out of poverty.

Anyone that thinks that the person operating the fry machine or cash register is just as important as the person that can manage a multibillion dollar multinational organization is always going to make minimum wage because that person is an imbecile.

But.....they work harder because I have seen them physically moving before. All CEOs do is make their secretaries get them coffee, play golf, drink wine, and occassionally go to meetings.

but managing is soooo easy, they do nothing, just go to meetings all day and boss us little people around!!
If you've spent 10 years tossing fries, you really need to stop, take a step back and re-evaluate your life choices. If you've been working at a fast food restaurant for a decade and you're not in management by that time, common sense should tell you that A. you're not cut out for advancement in the fast food industry and B. you really need to get your **** together if you're still stuck at an entry level job after putting 10 years in.
