Let's just hope for a quality development versus something that is cheap and rushed. Elbert Perry seems to be all over place, because I thought he was the prime developer for the Fort Mac housing project , and just recently had an rendering for the proposed 35 Story Midtown tower not too long ago.

It's good that the Braves went to Cobb county. Not sure what benefits the Braves relocation to this site would have brought to the area. The best use of the site is a mixed use development with retail/residential which will bring more tax revenue. Dekalb reached a low, and is now on the mend and has better days ahead of it.

It will be a great if they include an innovation space/start-up village in the redevelopment plan similar to the Atlanta Tech Village.

Very, very nice. I would love to see that Corridor gets some development and become more urban and walkable. And it's near transit? Already better than Avalon. Excited.

Here is an old render of a redeveloped Doraville GM site. Note that is not the same company, so it will probably end up looking different. But something to start visualizing:

That does look good!

They should consider Emory point as a template.

I wish they stop developing these apartments that look into a tiny atrium area. Even apartment dwellers deserves some sunlight and window that views outwards to anything.
