One of the reasons I hate it so much here in orange county is how conservative it is. But if you hate Mexicans, you may want to avoid CA entirely. I heard we're at 47%, to 32% white. (Btw, not the reason I hate it) I recommend NW Arkansas. Pretty, very conservative, and over 90% white.

That was 30 years ago! Orange county has done a 180º and is now one of the more liberal areas. Thank the once low RE prices and the 340 days of sun for this trend. Now the RE prices are as high as the progressive mindset there. Use the bankruptcy of the Crystal Cathedral as an indicator.
In Cali, you'll need to head into Kern County -- Visalia, the Central Valley...etc. But the folks up in SF are handling that last bastion of Cali's conservatism by turning it back into a parched desert.
