Oh now it's Trump's fault.

This gas tax was passed with 100% CA Democrat support. Trump had nothing to do with it.

Trump isn't close to doing that but If it happened and Ca repealed this stupid tax and turned it over to Trump and the Feds to raise and manage the roads I'd be happy. I sure trust them more then crap Brown and his cronies

The GOP is a big tent party. Our members have a wide array of positions on issues like taxes, immigration, and so forth.

If crap Brown killed your dog you wouldn't have him arrested because the jails are too full and he's a good guy underneath and just needs a little schooling and rehabilitation

Consider

White House press secretary Sean Spicer tamped down expectations that the White House would ultimately support increasing the gasoline tax. Spicer, speaking at his daily White House briefing, said Trump had an "open mind" about the idea but did not at this point support it. Instead, it was something he had been asked to consider by a trucking group as a way to improve highways. Trump was considering the increase "out of respect" for that trucking group, Spicer said.

Yes. He's a very respectful guy. Everyone sees that in his entire life history ...
