You mean an adulterer, like me (divorced and remarried)? Yes. Never once has my free labor, or my tithes, been declined at church because of continual adultery. This is not hypothetical. This is current practice even in evangelical churches with over half its congregation divorced and remarried. Adulterers, by a literalist interpretation of scripture. They would literally have no volunteers if they banned us. Also, remember, people who lust in their hearts are adulterers, so we may not even have pastors.
No, I'm talking about someone engaging in on going present sin of adultry. God can forgive and redeem an adulter but someone who refuses to change their ways is completely different

Can't you see that is all of us???
I mean really, would you care to create a list of people who can't serve? Let's try. There would be no one left! But rather, let's pick out a population that is less than 4% of the overall population and just ban them. That way we can project our entire shadow side on to them, and not have to deal with ourselves.
Not all sins are equal. Some are more damaging than others. Just because we are sinners doesn't mean we should never repent and fight against it.
Accusations and name calling like the ones from ImissThe90's are actual examples of deliberate demeaning.
I will never know what it so demeaning in saying 'he/she'. People say it all the time without any intent to demean.
Nor will I never know how calling people dumb, nasty, jerk, nazi, KKK member, racist, bigot, hater, liar, etc is NOT considered demeaning. Evangelical Christians are called nazis because that is the worst name they can think of.
You receive what you mete out. Your form of love is to warn others of their error and ways that are ungodly and will lead to destruction and judgment. That is the kind of love I am giving to you.
I told you before that nothing about you adds up.
I do not worry about what you mete out, I am only pointing out the hypocrisy.
It is hate, not love to encourage someone to not turn from a sinful path. It would be like waving to your neighbor as they walk off the cliff.
I'm waving Jeff.
