For the next two ages the unbeliever does not get the special salvation the believer enjoys. So you are correct they don't go to the same place . . . during the next two ages.
But the place they all go to after the ages is "in Christ" (Eph.1:9) and you can't get any better than that!

Depends. The next age is the millennium which as you know is 1000 years. Then when it ends when the earth is destroyed by fire a new age comes which is the new earth age.
