St. George, UT. It's a beautiful area. I've driven through and Zion National Park is nearby and I went there and loved it. I just don't like how UT is conservative, but it's overlookable.

Bardstown, KY or Elkton, MD?
Elkton.. MD > KY East coast location. Not too far from Baltimore, DC, Philadelphia, the Atlantic Ocean and the Mountains.
Providence. More culture and close to one of my favorite cities.
Kansas City MO or Richmond, VA?
Can I choose both - Richmond half the year, Kansas City the other half?
I don't think I need to tell everyone again what a great place my forever hometown is. But I will tell you that the Virginia capital also punches well above its weight. It has some outstanding cultural institutions, a happening entertainment district, and a gracious capital building (designed by Mr. Jefferson), not to mention it's one of the few cities where you can shoot the rapids without leaving the city limits.
hmm this is very close. I've been to Calgary and not to Edmonton. I liked Calgary a lot but it makes me think I'd like Edmonton a lot too. Edmonton has a reputation for being more artsy and gritty, which I would prefer. Edmonton may have slightly worse weather but given how extreme it is for both, what's the difference? I think I'll pick Edmonton...but it's a toss up and kind of a risk since I've never been there.
Oakland v Austin
