Topeka, KS or Charleston, WV?
I'm gonna go with Charleston as it seems to be a more fleshed-out city.

Portland, ME or Portland, OR?

Portland, ME because of the location and interesting mix of culture and attractions. I also like the walkable downtown. Portland Oregon is not for me.

Ft. Lauderdale, FL or San Jose, CA?

This is a tough one, but I suppose I'll pick Fort Lauderdale. Neither city jumps to me much, but to me I suspect Ft. Lauderdale would have a lower cost of living vs. San Jose. Also, I'd like to check the bars and other restaurants in Ft Lauderdale, out myself. Hurricane risk be darned, since part of me wouldn't mind checking out south Florida more closely.

Key West, FL, or Saint Augustine, FL?

I'd rather live in St. Augustine for the access to greater amenities in the JAX metro as well as not being as isolated.

Des Moines IA, or Little Rock AR?

Another tough one. I prefer Des Moines downtown, but Little Rock has some really nice upscale suburbs. I will give the edge to Des Moines for location and better attractions.

Spring Hill, TN or Gainesville, GA?

Spring Hill is safer than Gainesville, and I can see it getting a lot bigger and better in the future.

Orange Beach, Alabama or Hilton Head Island, South Carolina?

Orange Beach, since I'd rather be closer to Gulf beaches. And I get the sense Orange Beach has a lower cost of living, vs. Hilton Head. No offense to those who like HHI, but I'm not much into golf courses(which I thought HHI had a bunch of such courses) myself. I wouldn't mind some lessons, to get better at golf myself.

Finally, I like how Orange Beach isn't far from Pensacola, and not much further to Mobile.

Cadiz, KY, or Newburgh, IN?

Cadiz, Kentucky! Indiana offers nothing for me.

Chololoskee. It's closer to Key West.

Wichita, KS or Omaha, NE?

Easy choice. Omaha slaughters Wichita. I like the culture, scenery, and better things to do.

Panama City, FL or Myrtle Beach, SC?
