Philly is at 83 after 4 people were killed last night.

MURDER & NONNEGLIGENT MANSLAUGHTER - 41 (2020 = 23)
NEGLIGENT MANSLAUGHTER - 7 (2020 = 0)
JUSTIFIABLE HOMICIDE - 1 (2020 = 4)

2/28 was 6 days ago. That guy said info about NYC homicides was easy to access, but it's not up to date information like you can easily find with Philly and Chicago.
