Can you imagine if the juveniles involved in the Meriden purse snatching who got released to their parents committed this one?

Yes, the Democrats always gaslight us on the issues that they are incapable of dealing with due to their ideology, which is largely at variance with reality. They are doing this on a whole host of issues.

Bingo. They adore criminals, which makes me wonder about skeletons in their closets amongst those close to them.

Branford woman has two locked cars stolen from her home
https://www.wfsb.com/news/branford-w...84033654e.html

While her husband was sleeping in a chair two juveniles found her car locked in the driveway, so they broke into their garage.

But I would recommend reading the entire article.

Police make firearms arrests in Waterbury
https://www.wfsb.com/news/police-mak...ef0e7.amp.html

Authorities say they took a 16-year-old male juvenile into custody in the area of Meriden Road and Beecher Avenue around 12:50 p.m. Wednesday.

“The identified juvenile had an active felony arrest warrant for the recent theft of a stolen car and shooting incident,” Waterbury police said.

Police say the juvenile was in possession of a loaded 9mm handgun when taken into custody.

The handgun was a ghost gun and did not have a make or model, police said.

Authorities say the juvenile is a repeat offender and was involved in other incidents with Waterbury police.

Consecutive sentencing being the only duration allowed (not allowing concurrent) would go a long way in keeping these animals caged a lengthy amount of time, just as we cage animals who might harm us, at a zoo.

I'm waiting for someone to chime in and say it was the Branford women's fault for leaving her car keys and purse on the counter in her kitchen.

One of the safest towns in CT is Cheshire and even we're not free from property crime in broad daylight. These people are slick too. I don't recall reading any article suggesting a catalytic converter thief being caught.

Crime overall being down is not in itself a measure of success.
Is there an acceptable level of crime!?

Like the saying " It's a recession when your friend loses his job, it's a depression when you lose yours"
