It has been a long stretch of cloudy days...but if the forecast holds...Sat should see a sharp turn to nearly cloudless skies. In fact, looking at the upper air pattern over the next 10 days, we might be about to start a long stretch of bone dry weather, there is no storms/lows showing up at least until near mid month.

Our skies are going to go from looking like Seattle to Palm Springs - lol

"MANCHESTER, CT — Chuckles XI, Connecticut's "official" groundhog, woke up to cloud cover over the Lutz Children's Museum in Manchester Friday morning, didn't see his shadow, and predicted an early spring."

Yeah! Thanks Chuckles.

Just saw a picture from England--daffodils are in bloom. Snowdrops already bloomed. Yet here we wait and wonder what the groundhog says. I usually don't mind the clouds but lately it's getting to me.

My D level was low at 20, after 3 months on a D supplement 2000iu/day it went to 35 and I was feeling much better especially with the back... then I started on 5000iu/day and it went to 50 after another 3 mths.
Now back to 2000iu/day as maintenance. I take Magnesium and Bcomplex too.

Supplements do work and the D is so important for us.
Good to hear. Mine was only 22 at my last bloodwork so I'm taking 4000iu/day and hoping for an increase!

Groundhog has spoken on both Staten Island and in Poxatony (sp). Meanwhile because of climate change I threw away or donated all of my winter clothes.
