I live in Russia and I know what I'm saying unlike you.

Totaliarism is not in the nature of a whole country. Ask the guys in prison. Oh wait. They probably don't have an internet connection...
And it certainly doesn't matter what's in your constitution and what's not... A human rights violation is a human rights violation.

How about the American and Estonian prisons where human rights are violated? How about people with disabilities and Russian citizens in Estonia and Latvia? How about Guantanamo? You have not read any law other than the ridiculous articles and want to show a violation of human rights in my country. Do not think it's silly?

No, it's not, I'm ready to dealogu if you'll show the real human rights violations in my country. Much of what is written in that article is a real cause some laws. You compare the same law in Russia in your country and human rights. Then you cann't show visibility and facts.
Only let's create a new topic.

Fascist authority is going to use firearms and tanks against civilian people in Lugansk and Donetsk. That will happened tomorrow, and it seems EU and US won't recognize these crimes committed by SS soldiers of the 21 century.

There is an article today saying that according to the latest investigation into the deaths on the Maidan, the official Ukrainian version is likely either partially or entirely wrong. There were also snipers shooting from the hotel behind the people, the hotel was entirely under the opposition's control, which had been achieved by means of strict access controls.
A Ukrainian has also recorded the radio traffic between the official snipers of the ousted Ukrainian government. Judging from their conversation they were as surprised about the deaths as the protesting people themselves because they knew they had not shot at innocent people.
Seems the old opposition is covering up their own involvement in the shootings, relatives of those killed are complaining that the state attorney refuses to give any information on the death of their loved ones. Just like under the ousted government...

In German, but still...
