Yes, I do think they are the legitimate authority, and so does every other nation on this planet think as well, except for Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Zimbabwe, Kazakhstan and a couple of other outcasts.

The Maidanists didn't do any terror attacks. They fought the Berkut, that's all.
