Zhirinovsky: The decision to start a new world war can only accept Russian President Vladimir Putin. And this decision has already been made. http://echo.msk.ru/news/1377750-echo.html
Oh jeez...
I've read today on their site that DNR people are postponing now the exchange of POWs, that they've agreed upon in Minsk. They are saying that Kiev refuses to give them the captured fighters they specifically want to get back, offering them people they know nothing about instead, and that they know for a fact that fighters they want back have been tortured by Ukrainians.
and that they know for a fact that fighters they want back have been tortured by Ukrainians.
There was a prisoner exchange a few weeks ago, the seps got their guys back tortured and vertical. I believe it was the Azov battalion they were working with. The einsatzgruppen are not under control of the Ukie army. They're under control of the junta in Kiev and their oligarch masters and therefore above any law. It's a bad situation. People are wondering why the seps are still fighting so hard.

No-no, the sad thing about that particular situation was that it was not the nationalists that tortured them, but the regular Ukrainian army. (Strelkov mentioned the number of the regiment (72 or something, from Dniepropetrovsk) and said that he was not going to take any prisoners from it in the future ( I think he was talking about the officers.)
Strelkov, that would be Putins mouthpiece in the Ukraine. Don't you think his "information" might just be a little bit bias against the Ukrainian army? Or do you believe everything Putins puppet tells you?

As usual, you don't know much what you are talking about; just your usual cliches and projections sorry to say.
Those who are more familiar with the subject are aware already for quite some time that Strelkov is not happy with Putin and Putin is apparently not happy with Sterlkov's popularity among Russians who are very critical of Putin and his refusal to bring troops to Donbass.
One of Putin's mouthpieces in Russia ( you wouldn't be familiar with who is who in Russian politics) in fact was trying hard to discredit Strelkov publicly lately.

Of course Girkin not a Putin's Press Secretary, but he is a conductor of ' Putin's policies ' in Ukraine.
