From what I understand, the Ukrainian government prohibited the entrance of the convoy to "Ukrainian territory," that's why the original "point of entrance" (Kharkov) has been changed.

I hope those trucks have something for rebels in them too.

And for Germany to note that this state of affairs is 'tragic' puts them perhaps on a bad collision course with Putin. They'll surely be watching that convoy in Voronezh.
Travric, I think that in Germany ( out of all places) the opinions on the whole Ukrainian affair vary a great deal. ( As you can see it varies in Switzerland and Finland for example as well,) so Germany - the biggest trade partner of Russia in EU simply can't be all that unified in opinions.

Sanction against Russia would immediately affect Switzerland

When someone accuses Russia of "not naming its goals and suddenly becoming unpredictable," I suspect that Russia ( or rather Putin) DOES NOT have a clear course for the East Ukraine, and there are a lot of indications that there must be a split both in the opinions of the upper echelon and within the society in Russia.
That's why, if Germans want "clarity" and "predictability" ( as usual ) they simply can't get it, since there is no clarity on a subject within Russia itself.

Just like the MH-17 shoot down; media claims rebels were bragging about capturing a buk a week earlier, but then the media also states Russia gave them a buk. SO which one is it, did the rebels capture one or did Russia give them one? Which one is it, is the border unsecure with weapons freely flowing across it, or does Russia have to sneak weapons in in a huge convoy of trucks?
They could do both. They could (officially) bring some humanitarian aid, which would give Russia a credit from the outside world, while at the same time (illegally) smuggle military aid to the "rebels".

Half of the trucks may contain humanitarian aid and the other half weapons and other military help.

Exclamation Interesting democracy.

Translated under the spoiler. I've been wondering, do you even know all of this? Taxes are spent to kill these people, how do you?

Spoiler

Europe, seeing as you will kill !!! 18 +
Appeal to the peoples of Europe. Of the Novorossia.
Ukrainian-flagged soldiers kill their countrymen. As it is impossible to believe, but true. Our death prevoratilis in our everyday lives, and have become a common summary of news from the towns and villages of the South-East. Ordinary people live in their homes, go to the usual routes to shops, hospitals, in churches, on the playgrounds. And they are falling artillery shells and tear them apart - women, children and elderly.
Here is what is left of them after such a bombing. Not surprisingly, it can be found and seen only on the Internet. This is an incredible way misses the news bulletins of public TV channels in Ukraine and Europe. Europeans - French, Italians, Germans, look what they are doing to the civilian population of Lugansk and Donetsk Ukrainian soldiers, the Ukrainian army. We will forgive you your silence, if you do not know about it. But if you know, I want to ask - what's wrong? Are bombs that kill our children and the elderly, do not reach to your heart?
Just a year ago, I was with you at a party - in Vienna, Venice and Paris. I shot a TV Music Festival, which was attended by singers from Kharkov, Kiev, Donetsk and Lugansk.
Today their relatives are killed in their homes, on their streets, playgrounds, they - not to songs. The European Union, together with the United States staged another festival - a bloody festival music hail (GRAD) and SU-25. And you know what? For the fact that the inhabitants of the South-East have asked them about the federal system. Such, there is a example in Germany, or in the same adorable Ukrainians Canada. And because they want to be official documents and send their children to schools in their native Russian language.
Europeans imagine that Germany banned the federal structure. Imagine that the French ban speak French. Italians, or study the history of ancient Rome. And those who do not abide by the ban, just shot, burned alive or bombed.
So, see how it is done under the guise of thugs soldiers Ukrainian flags. See, the Europeans, and so will destroy you. You are silent today. You now allow their governments to support the killers of the new Ukrainian authorities. So, come and be your turn. You have already tried to sit in the time of Hitler's thought will carry. Today, Ukraine - it's just a testing ground for the revival of world fascism. Every European city has pulsate football-ultras groups. We in Kharkov and Odessa have learned how easily they all their football hatred directed to ordinary passers-by. And how quickly instead of football watchwords they
remember fascist slogans.
Europeans! Our problem is not so far from you!
Today,70 years later, Kharkov again rises to the struggle against fascism.

Default Ukraine has NO future

UN position on the situation in the Novorossia has become more objective
Strange things happen. International human rights organizations are starting to notice something, at least some of the crimes of Kiev. In Yarosh is wanted by Interpol. Kolomoysky and Avakova the international wanted list for crimes against the people of Novorossia.
Now standing at attention and the UN. And so from the UN used to be impossible to expect at least minimally adequate position. Let us remember Libya and Syria.
Something is changing. Something very serious changes in the world.
There is a feeling and hope that the United States, showing fangs and his bestial face, back crawl away on its mainland, leaving Ukraine alone. Apparently, they have not turned to push Europe and Russia, as they wanted.
