It's called "the rule of law".
This. You don't break the law just because you feel like it.

Of course you do. If you feel a law isn't just it's your obligation to break the law, even if the consequences are severe.

That is true in some cases, but using an illegal weapon has nothing to do with that. I haven't noticed any protests in Denmark regarding the illegality of pepper spray, and the girl's use of it wasn't a protest.

In the sublime words of American Revolutionary Thomas Jefferson:

"If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so."

Yes I do And it makes me feel so much safer at night time when I come from hobbies and work. It feels so good! And if I would have a teenager kiddo, I would arm her/him too

This womens discrimination society wont stop me for defencing myself. Men at court can go to sck their d.

It's called "the rule of law".
So what, then, was she supposed to have done instead?

If you did not have a ton of people of other ethnicities who do not obey the law then there was no need for a pepper spray. But with he swarms of refugees and asylum seekers ( who are predominantly healthy young men) now flooding Europe I would be more concerned about my safety if I were a woman than the stupid law on pepper spray.

If I were there I would gladly supply it to my daughter and pay the fine if she is caught. Better that to happen than her getting raped.

I think there is a basic misunderstanding surrounding the case. The girl doesn't get punished because she defended herself.

She was arrested/questioned for carrying an illegal weapon, which is completely unrelated to the act of self-defense.
