If there wasnt the love.....there wouldnt be the sadness.....I will take a chance on friendship and love and attatchement every time.....even tho in this world......nothing stays the same....except the love....it survives moves....distance.....death....everything else is transitory.

When I talk with the wife about dinner the subject of chocolate will be discussed. S&V too. Maybe...I still think tonight would be good for the bacon tomato gravy on rice that got canceled last night...

Speaking of chocolate, I just saw on People.com a pic of Brooke Shields sitting next to a chess set made completely from the yummy stuff from Godiva:

I could use some right about now.........high schoolers are so full of DRAMA. Talk about "divasodes"

Default Angus beef T-bone

My local grocery has been having sales on the Angus beef. The T-bones were only 5.99/lb. Nice thick cuts so I bought 2. DD & I spilt one. I'm wondering if it's a lower grade of meat because the flavor is poor. I seasoned one with kosher salt and some steak seasoning and grill it medium rare and it was just bland. It was kind of dry like I had cut it to soon but I let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Any thoughts?
