crazyworld I am enjoying them since I have one out of the house now I know how quickly the time flies.

gfspeople this thread is long but you won't find more caring people anywhere else on C-D . Welcome!

elston the fence posts is so true!

Lacey the snow has stopped now we will probably be close to 12". Now it is fort building and snowball fight time. First pot of cocoa is gone while I was drying gloves and ski masks. Our kids have not had huge snow falls yearly like I did growing up here so they love being outside in it. I am happy being the camp cook now days. LOL

Jessie I think a lot of us are going to be doing it elston's way with pork chops.

Mmom's hope your little one feels better soon.

southdown rest and let others wait on you. Feel better soon.

I don't have a clue as to supper yet either when I asked the kids they just said "nothing we aren't hungry". Guess we will play it by ear we do have leftovers we can eat and 10 lbs of ground beef I bought yesterday needing packaged into 1 lbs freezer bags. Wonder how using the ham & beans to make refried beans would try out?

Hi, everybody. Hope you all are feeling ok.

Busy day today. DH and I got up "early", walked to the community gym and walked back. Then went to Lowes to pick up some stuff for some projects, then came home. I tried to bleach out the cement edgings around our flower beds. They look a bit better, but they didn't come out as well as I'd hoped. Oh, well.

Tonight's going to be red gravy with meatballs, sausage, pork and chicken in there. Yum. Oh, over angel hair pasta with freshly grated parmesan and maybe (if I'm feeling ambitious) some home made garlic toast (made out of french bread w/sesame seeds).

Haven't had a chance to catch up on all the pages I have missed the last several days. Hope to try to, but....no guarantees. My, oh my, how I have missed my daily dose of the CD foodies.

Tacos tonight with all the trimmings and pinto beans and rice.

Hope you are all well.

Called the wife for dinner..She is fixing her infamous Bacon, Onion, and tomato gravy over rice. With that in mind I'm taking a nap. Have a great dinner everyone.

I picked up some fried chicken at Publix and a frozen Stouffer mac & cheese. I also picked up some sweet looking mango fruit.

Thanks to everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday earlier this week!
