Tonight, tuna casserole - has peas (veg) and noodles (carb) in it. Some bread rolls, salad. Don't always have dessert, but a wonderful chocolate cake with lots left over!
No, I didnt miss it, this is just beyond ridiculous, cant even think of the proper adjective, I am so upset.
Your cake sounds divine, I like red wine and chocolate together.

Hi, everyone. Tonight, I had the grilled chicken tacos that I've been meaning to make. It was grilled chicken, cheddar cheese, medium picante sauce, and all within a corn tortilla. I ended up loading three tacos and then ate two remaining warm corn tortillas. These were good eating.

Thanks Cyn and all for the well wishes, am trying to fight this cold bug off but it's refusing to leave!

Three weeks tomorrow we will be packed and set to go! I am getting very low on supplies, which is good - but I'm used to having lot to choose from when I cook, so it gets a bit frustrating at times. I cooked chicken in the honey mustard dressing - it was good but a bit sweet for me.... tho the kids loved it! And I used blue cheese dressing on hot broccoli with bacon which was good too, but still a little sweet. Funny how you don't notice the sweetness so much on cold crispy lettuce!!

Tonight DH got some frozen pizzas from the store and I just threw them in the oven - not very healthy but at least everyone ate!

It's hard work keeping up with this thread! What with packing, planning and all the paperwork involved in moving I am having less time to join in the fun here...

Hope you all have a good evening

I hear ya. It's a bummer. I guess we must "simmer down" though. It's their forum, their rules.
