Tonight creamy broccoli soup and for dessert apple and banana casserole with a glass of milk.

Apple and banana casserole....
100 gram soft butter well mixed
3 to 4 small buns ripped in small pieces and soaked in milk and after they are soft squeeze just a bit the extra milk out
4 to 5 beaten eggs
6 to 7 peeled and diced Cortland or Macintosh apples OR 6 apples and 1 sliced banana
125 gram sugar
pinch of cinnamon
juice and rind of 1 lime or lemon ( more aromatic with a lime)

Hand mix everything well and put in a buttered casserole dish and bake for roughly a hour in 350 F oven.

If we keep our power in this blizzard (lights flickering), we're going to be having butter chicken, brown rice, samosas with chickpea sauce, and spicy yellow Indian cabbage. Coconut cupcake to split for dessert.

Rib roast I cooked the other day is making an encore as french dip sandwiches. Will serve with a tortellini salad.
