Well not what I had planned. I was going to do a chicken pot pie but shock of all shocks I didn't have any chicken in the freezer that would work, so I took out a couple chicken quarters and we will have roasted chicken quarters, veggies and waldorf salad.

We will be home for dinner after 2 weeks. I think we’ll just have bean soup from the freezer, and rosemary sea salt rolls. Hoping I will have the whole wedding on DVR at home.

Instant Pot vegetable risotto with asparagus, broccoli, snap peas, and spinach. Additionally, I'll make pan-fried chicken cutlets for the meat eaters in the house. Mixed berries for dessert. The blackberries are tasting fabulous right now, and our strawberry bed in in overdrive, so it's strawberries morning, noon, and night.

Crazy busy day so I just grabbed a Rueben on my way home. The husband was on dinner duty for the kids. I'm not even sure what he feed them.
