Not topped off just yet, this last section is still incomplete, however they seem to be starting it now.
As for carroll south, the first project is the cities parking garage.
Just so some don't freak out about the plain design of the deck, Carroll's project will wrap around it.
One thing I noticed about the Hampton Inn and Suites is that it has the height of a 9 story hotel from the back side lower level to the top of the stairwell to the roof but the hotel actually has 7 floors. The lower level is not visible from the McGee Street side. Only 6 floors are visible there.

i heat the city will commission the same guy that did the Greene street deck mural to spruce up the new one.
No blank walls is backed by the city and local developers and property owners.
Also yes GSO, one floor for the Project slugger tower will be taller than your typical floor, so while building is actually 10 stories by windows, it’s close to 12 stories tall, give or take, it will certainly dominate that area until the 20 story tower goes up.
Throwing into the mix a new project there is for a 4-story office building which would be about one-half filled with the headquarter offices for Brown Investment Properties, and the other half filled with other firms, such as CPAs. The building itself would be L-shaped, and pushed up into the corner of Battleground and Prescott – right across Battleground from the cemetery at the northwest edge of downtown. And then running down the hill along Battleground from the building, heading west, would be the parking, including all of the site where Mexico Restaurant used to be at. A total of about 150 parking spaces would be built. The existing buildings fronting on Battleground and Prescott (e.g., Bravo Signs, Oelschi Institute) would be demolished.
Contrary to some initial media reports, the intent of the project, per the developer, is not to include any apartments, although the zoning would allow them.
Rezoning was approved this week by Zoning Commission giving greenlight to the project. Only blue prints available.

Sounds like a decent project, are there any renders?
Took better photos today of Project Slugger and there is definitely digging activity on the 8 story parking deck site across the street where Roy Carroll's development is going.
Im not going to lie, i was abit worried at first, I thought the projects would be super slow to get off the ground like the tanger center and Carroll’s apartments, I’m very glad to see that this is not the case and that all of the projects are moving extremely quickly in the right direction.
I remember when the Westin was just an embarrassing grass/weedy field in the form of a giant hole, it actually discouraged me for a while from updating this thread more often, so I’m very happy to see it teaming with so much activity, next up is the preparation for the tower crane after the foundation is laid.
It’s getting very exciting!
I look forward to the other big projects that the city have teased for the ballpark area.
Hopefully high points ballpark is crazy development catalyst like ours.
