The first Blockbuster Video in South Carolina, located at North Hills on East North Street at Pelham Road, has closed.

There is not much left at North Hills except Bi-Lo and The UPS Store. I do not know if Bi-Lo will remodel and expand its store as their remodels have stopped for now.

I am surprised that Blockbuster couldn't make it. I would have thought some of them would last and that used to be a busy store. I guess it lasted longer than most. I miss being able to browse for some movies that I had not heard of.

Yep. They are building a small strip mall with a Starbucks and a couple other small stores. It's somewhere on this forum. I believe the other Woodruff Road Starbucks will stay open as well.

Does anyone know why they closed? If/When/Where they are relocating? I saw the sign said they were relocating.

Starbucks is moving in as I recall. It's in a thread somewhere in this forum. Is it this one? I don't remember!

Yes it is. It will be Starbuck's, Sleepy's, and Zoe's Kitchen.

I didn't realize all the Quiznos had closed in Greenville. LOL There were like 4 of them all relatively close to each other at one point. I'm surprised that company hasn't just folded completely.
