I like that one. I've done three of them in Greenville.. The closed one off Garlington, Breakout off Main and just started doing the ones at Escape Artist.

Escape Artist is certainly more.. Interactive, I suppose. But they're all very fun.

I thought I remember reading somewhere here that Culver's got shut out of Martin Farms because the owners didn't want fast food restaurants?

I bet they would let a Chick-Fil-A in though.

Well they let in a Panera with a drive thru. Quite possible they have changed their tune with how long the spots have been empty.

As far as quick service food it would actually be nice if Martin Farms got something different than a hamburger or chicken sandwich joint. Chipotle? Panda? Kairos Greek Kitchen?

I did think they had room for another phase planned eventually with another big box anchor store possibly.

Did anyone visit the Mr. Cactus restaurant which used to be CiCi's (next to Lowes) in Easley. If so, how is the food?

We did. Our one visit made a very good impression, food seemed above average with very evolved and outgoing owners/ managers. The margaritas were old school and great!

Any ideas what is going into the small strip mall in 5 forks ( the one with Sidewall, CocoBowls and a yoga studio). There has been a bunch of activity in the open unit on the end. I think it was originally Tipsy Taco...but I believe they opted out. Anyone know what it will be...parking is already an issue there...so hopefully it won't make things worse.
