Ammo is showing up again. I saw .410 for my Stoeger for the first time in a couple of years today, and a surprisingly diverse assortment of other cartridges as well. Still expensive, but some measure of sanity appears to be returning.

Green Tip is $11.99/box at the local Academy. Shelves were full, no limits.

What was the round count/box of the different types of ammo?

There is a glut of 9mm ammo now. That’s mostly what the LGS had, and none at all in my gun’s caliber, which was not the case until this month.

Maybe factories overproduced 9mm and are trying to clear out some inventory at year’s end. But it’s strange.

9mm, 223 and 308 are everywhere, but finding regular hunting calibers is still nearly impossible. I can't find 30-30, 243, 22-250, 270, 280 or 45-70 anywhere.

I lucked out and found 3 boxes of 338 Winchester Mag in October, but the store hasn't gotten any more. I was happy to pay $58/box of 20 for them too.

I'd hoped after the New York Gun Club Supreme Court Ruling that the hysteria would ebb, but it doesn't seem to be.

I could use some .243 too, but they are scarce.

Academy had a bunch of Tulammo 7.62x39 FMJ so I picked up a box for 8.99.
