I know the one in midtown Manhattan, and you're right that it might be more convenient for some posters. Shall we plan on a forum meet-up there?

The Ben's in midtown is within walking distance of the bus terminal and both train stations.

You guys have lots of fun. It’s tough for me to get away with a toddler at home, but maybe I can join for a future meetup.

You can bring your child to the meet-up! Let me know, and I'll plan a special door prize just for him/her.

From private messages I've had, it looks like July might be the best time to have this.

I'm going to call this meet-up: "The Shmoozapalooza"

Ben's has a children's menu

If the toddler isn't up to that stage yet, you can call ahead and see if they would prepare something or if it would be ok to bring a bag of Cheerios (that's what I used to do) and maybe a juice box because they are kosher, but they are not glatt. Unfortunately, I don't think there are any playground spaces in the area for your little one to run around.

If anyone else has children, there's the Children's Museum of Manhattan on 84th Street, the Carousel in Central Park, and of course, the Central Park Zoo.
