Also, the media lies and these stats need more support.
Why? Do you know about a different data set? Please post a link.

Wealth inequality is a wonderful thing. It provides incentives for people to perform extraordinarily well and to take risks to start new businesses.

Regarding the Middle Class shrinking, that also is a very good thing:

This is nothing but landlord greed. They can get away with it so they do it. A lot of dirty money by the real estate industry finds its way in to the legislature to prevent any control on rents. Remember, the landlord tenant system is a holdover from the feudal system. Were it not for corporate greed (raising the prices because they can way above any increased costs), oil company greed, and landlord greed inflation would be so much lower. The landlords get richer, the tenants get poorer. Hopefully some local and state leaders will wake up and say enough is enough!

No it is not a good thing because it creates a lot instability.

You can't see the big picture.

What a bunch of socialist nonsense. It's supply and demand. More people are moving to Vegas than there is housing for, and they're bidding up prices. Eventually it will be too expensive and people will stop moving in, and start leaving. Then prices will move down.

This is the way it's supposed to work.

The irony is that you are both correct.

The truth is shelter shouldn't cost anything, as it is a God given right to live without paying the slave master to do so. Get a piece of land nobody is living on a pitch a tent or build a house. Duh. but, we have to serve the masters, right? its a joke.

Paying taxes on property is barbaric.

You guys really have to get a grip on reality. You have no right to other people's property. If you want to have so place to live, you have to pay for it one way or the other.
