That’s an incredibly low bill for all that usage! I hope my first bill is just as low! Thank you

I don't know why my last one was so high, About 70. Am barely home and only run the AC at night sometimes, and I don't do laundry in the apartment, and barely use the dishwasher. I feel like maybe the one before wasn't for the whole month, since they switched providers

For the folks that have been living at 227, have you all noticed how thin the walls are? I can hear my neighbors’ tv and casual conversations. Really frustrating.

Sorry to hear. In 27 Eagle, haven't had the same experience. Is anyone else in 227 having the same issue or is it your neighbors?

At 27, only hear neighbors when walking in the hallway by their door (which is weird, but in closer inspection, the gaps on the door sealing aren't great). Also the bathrooms here are a shared/metered exhaust vent, no individual apartment fan control. You'll occasionally here a light conversation from another bathroom in the building.

in summer, we open multiple windows and do without A/C - and average $35/mo. In winter - if we run a motor in each room - we go above $300/mo. Funny that even taking winter vacations (with only fridge plugged in), winter bills were still higher than an average month of the year

I’m in 227 West and the other night my neighbor’s dog was barking and it was pretty audible. Our units are separated by the trash room and the freight elevator, and yet it sounded like the dog was just by the wall near my window. Another time, the apartment upstairs had their tv on pretty loudly and I could hear the muffled dialogue. It happens rarely though. I did, however, install some weather strip seals to the entry door to the hall. It really has helped reduce the ding sounds from the elevator and people passing through. You can buy them on Amazon. Do be careful installing them because it can strip the paint off the door frame perimeter. Having things like rugs in your apartment can also help with noise reduction.

Just discovered this Forum. I was asked to upload documents back in October 2022. Log number 15xxx with CB. Housing connect still says I am under review. No way units are still available for CB at this point right?
