It is an openly known policy...you can keep the blinders on yourself, but you are not putting them on anyone else on this site. Why we are even having this discussion is beyond me...everyone knows it...it's common knowledge and no secret to anyone..but you of course.
I asked this before but you conveniently didn't answer so I'll try again:
How many people from Breezy do you even know? How many people from Breezy have you even spoken to?
Jesus, is he on this thread race baiting as well? I'm not even gonna bother. The other thread is enough. It's the same crap over and over again. Dude seriously needs to chisel away at that massive chip before he has a stoke.
Wow. Just read a few of those comments hoping for the areas to stay "washed away forever" etc. It's funny that a major problem helping out certain people (who actually work for a living, many of them first responders) with his tax dollars during a natural disaster, but covers his ears and screams whenever anyone brings up funding the hundreds of thousands of welfare leeches on a regular basis for decades upon decades.
Nah man, you have no bias. You're right.

Where are your stats? How many applicants did Breezy or Sea Gate reject? How many of them were people of color? I've been to Sea Gate and it is surrounded by similar regular public NYC neighborhoods with similar demographics (Manhattan Beach, Brighton Beach, and Gravesend). The only exception are the C.I. projects, but people there cannot afford Sea Gate financially anyway.
If a non-white family met all of the requirements of the Breezy Point cooperative and had the necessary letters of recommendation, I have ZERO doubt they would be allowed to purchase a home. The cooperative would be looking at serious litigation if they did otherwise. There are in fact some non-whites living there now. Obviously wer'e talking about a very small number, but it's not like the place is 100% white.
I'm pretty sure most of the people helping out the residents of the NYCHA houses in Far Rockaway woudn't be rejected if they applied to live there. Good thing they feeling differently than you.
you hate whitey, we get it.
Its pretty obvious the place doesn;t want to mingle with ppl of color. Im with Sobro on this one.

Do you know what the requirements are to buy a house in these places? Even after you satisfy the entire list, you still need their approval. The place doesn;t want ppl of color to live there. According to you, they allowed a few families of color to move in. Now instead of 100%, its 99 %. When did the first family of color move in? Any idea?
"Thanks for the help, now get out of our gated neighborhood!!!"
I'm more then willing to help any area in Rockaway except Breezy Point. They want to throw me out for doing nothing to their precious neighborhood but walking through it, then they can all feel free to kiss my rear.
