She believes she is so bold that she can reveal her face on camera and act a fool. Her adrenaline made her lose all rational thought even forgetting a dog leash was in her hand.

Her "friends" who walk Amy Cooper's dog recognized her and reported her.

She kind of has a neutral accent that derives from the general Midland American English that's been overtaking other accents, but there's something just so slightly odd about it.

Do you actually know?

Oh come on, your not going to go that far back in time.
Australians, New Guineans and Melanesians, but those aren't super common peoples to find in NYC.

The woman’s accent is one of a midwestern one coupled with emotional disturbance!

But yes, that accent is absolutely taking over all of America. In fact, it’s been well-noted that a New Yorker’s age can be guessed just by his or her accent. People of above the age of 40 tend to have a New York accent while younger folks have the same midwestern accent that lady has.

It sounds more than just Midwestern though. I said Midland American English, and there's something like that there, but it's noticeably something else. Definitely not Mid-Atlantic, Deep South, or New England--not even a palimpsest of those.

Yes, her LinkedIn profile showed she was educated at Waterloo, and she's Canadian.
