Dang toilet paper.. gotten narrower... shorter roll... and thin!! Why does it cost so much. You spend an extra time shopping comparing width and length and ply. 2-3-4 ply and price.
People who bring babies and children into isolation rooms at the hospital I work at. They will also eat in the rooms, not wash their hands and expose these poor kids to bugs that are difficult if not impossible to kill. I know, I've been fighting a super bug for 7yrs. now. It's already cost me several thousand dollars out of my pocket, not to mention the neuro damage from round after round of antibiotics. Please people educate yourself and protect these poor kids. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
What would you think of a realtor that wrote you back an email, called you by the wrong first name, over looked important aspects you'd mentioned and then asked a stupid question showing they didn't read your email well or it didn't sink in, and with a writing style at maybe the middle school level? Not much for a first impression of professionalism and trust, eh? Oh then 3 hours later she writes me again, gets the name correct and edits the original a bit, but makes no reference to the other email. Did she think I'd forget that one? And these people want to be treated as professionals and feel then deserve 6 or 7 percent commission? I understand mistakes and all, but first impressions do count and if she didn't have the time to write a good letter why not wait till she did. I could write a better letter in the middle of a 5 alarm anxiety attack. It just makes me shake my head and wonder.
^^^^^ She wouldn't get my business. If she can't do a simple email how efficient would she be on legal descriptions and other documents needed to make a purchase? I would look for another agent if I were you Todd.

I sell BINGO cards at the local senior center & today one woman held up the entire line for about ten minutes because she demanded that "her" card have a 66 and a 75 on the same page & it took that long to find one .

Thanks love, it's way better than it was even 5 yrs. ago. It just freaks me out that it's still here. There are even worse bugs surfacing now that have a 50% mortality rate. Health care just got even more dangerous. I love kids and that's why it makes me crazy when I see these idiots putting them in harms way and us as well. Every time they touch their loved one without protection and leave the room they put us in harms way as well. Ever wonder how MRSA got into the school system and general public? Bunch of nasty .
EEEEWWWWW. I hope you use protection if that's the case. It may be cheaper to keep her anyway.
