Since it's a crime in the state I live in, I'd report it.

I also hope I would never have to live in the type of a neighborhood where my next door neighbor was participating in illegal drug activity no matter how anyone wants to slice it up to be "no biggie".

Disclaimer: When it is legal, and not such a big damn deal? Do what you want to. I'm all for making it legal, BTW.

If there were no kids living there, and they weren't dealing, who cares?

I'm thinking aboutthis a little more another thing I would concider is if they were growing it in their yard or indoors, if it was in their yard there would be a greater risk of trouble due to people trying to steal the weed, I wouldn't care for the situation if that was the case.

Actually, the FDA is looking at making DXM prescription only.

To answer the question, though, I'd probably go make a new friend.

I don't smoke, but hey, sounds like a rad guy. My current neighbors are more the crabby-old-people-that-*****-to-the-landlords-when-the-grass-is-too-long type.

Anyway, this poll is a bit silly because the last choice:

"Call the cops, arrest the criminals, regardless of who they are"

isn't exactly a viable one. The cops cannot arrest someone because their neighbor calls and accuses them of growing weed or any other crime.

If your neighbor is growing and you know about it, it's either because they are being irresponsible about it and providing too many signs, or because you have a good enough social relationship with them for them to trust you with that information. If the latter is the case...then you're a snitch. If the former is the case...well, sometimes people need to use what tools they have in order to relieve their neighborhoods of unsafe and unsavory activity.

If you're going to use that drug or any other, it's fine with me, but own up and be responsible about it. Don't get behind the wheel and don't hide behind alcohol fatality stats as an excuse to do so. Stay home, relax, and enjoy.

It is their property, not mine,so why should I care? Other than make sure no one steals from them, including their plants, what happens there is not my business. If they are growing pot, then i know I have a mellow happy neighbor!

It's a simple matter really: I would do nothing. Aiding a criminal organization in their acts of crime against people makes you a criminal too.
